Volunteering
Volunteers play a vital role in the work of the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust. People of all ages contribute to the Trust's work bringing a range of skills, interests, time and enthusiasm.
Volunteers receive training and on-going support from staff.
If none of our advertised vacancies are suitable but you would like to volunteer - please do contact us (see below).

Volunteer Work Parties

Please see the individual region for details of autumn/winter work parties. 
If you are interested in helping, please contact the appropriate warden directly.  Contact details are given under each region. 
  • Please note it is not possible for us to provide transport to these work parties.
  • It is essential that you ring before attending a work party to obtain full details and to book a place.
  • Please bring stout footwear, waterproof clothing and a packed lunch if you propose to stay all day.
  • No experience is necessary as training and equipment is provided.

Far Ings National Nature Reserve Practical Conservation Days

Messingham Sand Quarry
Every Sunday morning from 9.30am - 12.30pm.

Moor Farm (near Kirkby on Bain)
A regular working party group meets one Sunday a month.  
This working party runs all year round and is accompanied by the warden.

There are work parties on Sundays on a variety of reserves in the south of the county.
